Inspired by the heritage and harmony of small villages in Holland and Germany, Cobie Neidlinger created Bluum Coffee with her daughters, Alinah and Aylah, to honor a "people-first" tradition of kindness in the food industry.

The name "Bluum" is a play on the word "bloom", meaning "to flourish". The company offers locally-roasted craft coffee, hand-selected pastry pairings, but with the kind of old-world service that reminds us what it means to be part of a vibrant, blossoming community.
